Description of the Work
Made from recycled materials, the doors with bars simulate the small windows, also known as VENTS, in prisons. The pieces were presented for the first time, in the form of an installation, at UN Geneva, post-pandemic, in 2022. According to the artist, thoughts, as the energy they are, occupy space and exert considerable pressure on the body and spirit. The sub-series aims to make us reflect on the need to stop, breathe and reorganize our mind.
