Your order data is sent to us at the end of the purchase process and we automatically accept it upon receipt.
Due to the nature of database synchronization, unintentional inaccuracies may appear on the site (eg artworks appear as "available" when in fact they have already been sold). In this rare case, you will be sent a message proposing to cancel your order and the amount paid will be refunded 100%.

Please consider the following: Photographs are sensitive to the environment: their color and expressiveness may change and fade. So that you can enjoy our works of art for a long time, you must not expose all or part of the photographs, laminates and frames to ultraviolet rays or even hang them directly above heaters or convectors and do not subject them to hygrometry higher than that of normal living rooms. Photographs, laminates and frames are therefore not suitable for outdoor spaces, cellars, wet rooms and kitchens. Laminates with UV protection film or acrylic glass and wooden frames are very susceptible to scratches and stains and should therefore only be handled with gloves or similar protection.
Our products are carefully packed and shipped by reliable partner companies, for this reason we can guarantee the quality of the products from the moment we leave our stock until they arrive at the destination address.
However, if any unforeseen happens and your product arrives damaged, please inform us (with photos) by email within 48 hours so that we can contact our partner companies and arrange for the exchange or cancellation of the purchase. In this rare case, please do not forget to provide your order number and a contact phone number.
